Learning Places are local out-of-school-time agencies that have agreed to partner with Jefferson County Public Schools to provide district-recommended learning interventions that facilitate continuity in what students learn before and after school. All Learning Places have agreed to do the following:

• Utilize the learning software SuccessMaker and/or Study Island to help students improve their reading and math skills
• Utilize a trusted system to track the additional time students spend learning at their sites
• Agree to allow student tracking data to be shared on the JCPS website for the community to view
• Maintain adequate computer equipment to facilitate student use of SuccessMaker and/or Study Island
• Participate in SuccessMaker and/or Study Island training when necessary
