Smart Technologies has given JCPS a Master Grant for SmartBoards, Airliners, Smart Document Cameras, Smart Response Systems, Floor Stands. To be able to get the Master Grant pricing the following commodity code must be used 4600185-2010842. Shipping charges must be added to the order, use the same commodity code for these charges.
However, installation is not included as part of the MasterGrant, therefore, if you have installation charges it will be on the U of K contract, using the following commodity code - 4600185-2009643.
Equipment and installation can be entered on the same requisition.

Inkjet printers are no longer on KETS. They are not supported by Telecom, therefore Telecom will not install or repair inkjet printers.
If you choose to purchase an inkjet printer, you must also purchase a 3 year warranty for each printer. A small purchase D & F with price quotes will also be required.
Digital Technology recommends the use of manufacturer replacement cartridges due to possible warranty issues cause by non-OEM replacements.
Should a generic refill cartridge cause a printer failure and the manufacturer refuses to honor the warranty due to the generic cartridge use, the repair or replacement cost of the printer would fall to the location.
