Substitute Teacher Compliance
Substitute teachers are required to complete training annually.
Restraint and Seclusion Law Mandatory Training: 704 KAR 7:160
You are required to watch videos to remain in compliance with the State KDE requirements as a Substitute Teacher. You will have one week to complete the videos and answer all questions to receive credit and meet this requirement. Failure to complete this requirement may result in disciplinary action and/or separation from Employment with the District.
