Goods and Services Only
If you are interested in bidding with JCPS on any of the Goods and Services bids it is necessary for your company to be registered with eSchoolMall, our on-line bidding solution provider. There is no cost for you to register, to receive alerts from us, or to participate in JCPS bids on eSchoolMall. In order to receive these email notifications and ensure participation, you must follow the specific step listed below:
- Register: To register, please go to the home page of eSchoolMall (www.esmsolutions.com) and click on the “Register” button.
- Classify: The registration process will allow you to select the category description of the products and services that you provide. Doing so will improve our ability to include you in any opportunity that fits your profile.
- Respond: When you see an opportunity communicated to you through email, we hope that you will respond and offer us your valuable products and services.
- Verify: To verify your new registration, or to notify us that you are currently a registered vendor, please email us at purchasingbids@jefferson.kyschools.us to verify that your company is registered and identify the commodities in which you are interested.
The majority of JCPS bids are solicited using eSchoolMall, however some bids are downloadable or you may obtain a copy via U.S. Mail by contacting the Purchasing/Bid Department at (502)485-3167. Below, click on the bid you are interested in and follow the instructions.
