JCPS Registration

  • 1. Register
    In this step, you will tell us about all of the people in your family. If you have already registered your family with JCPS, please skip to step 3 and start your application. Start Registration
    The review process can take 24-48 hours
  • 2. Review
    After your registration is submitted, it will be reviewed by a JCPS employee. If your family is already in our system, the employee will make the necessary updates to your existing records. If your address was unable to be verified electronically, you will have received an e-mail with instructions to provide proof of address. The review process can take 24-48 hours.
  • 3. Apply
    After the review process, you will receive an e-mail from JCPS containing the steps needed to apply to JCPS schools. If your child is already enrolled in the 5th or 8th grade at a JCPS school, they will automatically be enrolled in the middle or high school that serves your address. No application is necessary. If you are new to JCPS, and enrolling in middle or high, you will need to go to the school that serves your address to complete the enrollment process.
